  1. Don’t remember how I got here…but I’m adding you to my Favorites! I don’t need to say anymore, just “yes” to everything I’ve read. You have written my thoughts. Thanks!

  2. Dana,

Didn’t see a ‘comment’ option about your post-related to the ‘medical letter’ about your doctor appointment. First-to try and make you feel better about ‘1 aspect’- ‘well nourished’- is a standard entry for anyone that does not look anorexic. If a person is obese or morbidly obese-they will specifically list that. The vast majority of all folks get ‘Well Nourished’ written in the chart.
In terms of their claims-they can only take care of ‘1 thing/1 co-pay’. That is absurd. I have been in healthcare 30+ years, consulted with physicians, now as a Legal Medical Consultant & never in my life have I heard of this. The worse case is that ‘AFTER’ they treated you for ALL your problems (physical, hormones, etc) that they charged you $10 to fill out the form.
You need to contact your insurance carrier, but more importantly-the state medical society and issue a formal complaint. That doctor’s office-if they haven’t already been sued are a lawsuit waiting to happen. Maybe that is what needs to happen.
Sorry that you had to even deal with that-hope you find another practice.

just wanted to say thank you ! everyone has been going on about how good that book is “50 shades of grey” and how they don’t think it’s anything close to pornograthy. and yes i was thinking about reading it.
but after reading your post about it, you have set me straight and said everything i was wondering what the book was about. I see it as i wouldn’t want my husband looking at porn so i shouldn’t be either. and i also don’t want to take any of my feelings away from my husband and base them on some false man.

    thank-you again.

  4. Thank you for your perspective on “50 Shades of Grey” by E.L. James – Your blog was the first Christian perspective I read and I wholeheartedly agree. I just started a blog and my first series is entitled, “50 Days about ’50 Shades of Grey.'”
