I am the vine, you are the branches. If a man remains in Me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from Me you can do nothing. John 15:5 Verse of the week.
I will be blogging my thoughts & impressions on my Experiencing God class here….kind of like my own personal journal. So it probably won’t make sense to most people, but it will to me. I hope to look back and see how far Christ has taken me.
Truth I came to realize today: I DESIRE to follow Christ and do what He says, go where He leads, and accomplish all that He wants me to accomplish. But I am afraid. I am afraid of failure. I’m afraid of being wrong. I’m afraid of my bills not being paid, food not being on my table, and my family suffers because of MY stupidity.
Truth that Christ showed me today: Seek first HIS kingdom and HIS righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of it’s own. Matt 6:33-34
And then He reminded me of part of a verse I already used today, it came clear as day during my study: Deut. 8 For the Lord your God is bringing you into a good land of flowing streams and pools of water, with fountains and springs that gush out in the valleys and hills. It is a land of wheat and barley; of grapevines, fig trees, and pomegranates; of olive oil and honey. It is a land where food is plentiful and nothing is lacking.

Wow girl! You were busy yesterday!! I love the verse that you shared! It is His intent and desire to lead us into our promised lands, and sometimes such an internal battle to leave the wanderings in the wilderness and truly let Him lead us there!
Hope you have a little energy left to honor one of the Titus 2 women in your life! I’d love to have you join in again! Thanks for joining last week!!
